My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The location was great with the beach just across the road, but the rooms need renovations, even though the one I had on Ocean Blvd had an adjustable roof vent. The service was awesome, but there were some issues accessing the cabana. The breakfast was better than expected, but the dining options were limited and not very fresh. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a real 1940s feel, were clean, and surprisingly spacious compared to other places I've stayed in South Beach. However, the experience was a little uncomfortable for me in terms of sleep quality. The service, while friendly, leaned more towards Spanish than English and lacked understanding and consideration for our issues, with the manager Marie being particularly rude. The location was fabulous, right in the midst of everything on South Beach, allowing easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The dining options, though missing some essential items like fruit, were poor to okay. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.

The service was described as really good and helpful, although slightly limited by property aspects. The dining options were limited, mainly offering simple choices. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs.
The hotel is in a prime location for nightlife and offers convenient access to shopping options right outside the door. While the value for the money paid was not ideal due to hidden fees, the rooms were spacious up until 2 or 3 am, giving a comfortable stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although pretty nice and good quality for the price, were a bit disappointing due to some flooding issues during my 6-day stay. However, the service was exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff that made me feel welcome. The location was great, near shopping, the beach, and nice restaurants, although there were occasional hesitations with clean sheets and towels. The dining options were lacking, offering only basic items, but the facilities were decent overall.
